So we’ve heard the 2dr doesn’t come with removable windows in the top. I’ve been comparing the 4dr to the 2dr and the size of the windows are way different. Does anyone know the dimensions on them? Is that why the 2dr doesn’t have the option? The 2dr looks like it’s a good 5+ inches on the 4dr. It’s been driving me crazy because I really wanted that option and don’t want the 4dr.

I think it's just the modular Top that does that...

If only one of them (2D/4D) can only have removable windows, it should be the 2D. FoMoCo, please show some love to the rear passengers in the 2D. They don't have doors, you could at least let them have removable windows.

Agreed. This was a big turn off to me when I found that out last week.

Yep. Makes a lot more sense on the 2-door

...but we get a gunner's hatch! The one thing nobody asked for, but somehow Ford's marketing rock stars took the time to include that.

Yeah this definitely blows on the 2DR. I think it’s silly you can have the front top off and doors off but the back windows are still on, I’d prefer the choice. But since my dogs are going to be back there it’s probably not a big deal because I wouldn’t ever want to remove them anyways. Plus I’m not paying the premium for the 4dr, that and I don’t like it.

Might be a deal-breaker for me. My rear seat passengers have to have some way to get some ventilation. Hell, even a minivan from the 80's had hinged rear windows with a latch at the bottom where you could open it a couple inches outward. ? (n) ?

I think this is a new question ... Are the rear windows in the 2 door MIC top the same as the ones in the 2 door modular top? ie same size, mounting, etc.

Would be relatively easy for the aftermarket to give us sliders or at least flip outs if all are identical.
