Love it!!!! Mine "were" to be delivered Monday. Tuesday this week I was informed they went Backorder. WtF!!!!I removed the rock rails and bought these AMP Power Boards. Wasn’t sure how it was going to look since there were no photos or videos. I’m loving them.
From the way it looks on the Bronco its in line with the body of the vehicle. Thanks for the pictures! I was pretty convinced I was going to do the rock slides but after seeing your set up, I think I like the AMP much better.
Do you think you would be able to attach mud flaps, front and back with out interference from the step?
I hate when that happens!!Love it!!!! Mine "were" to be delivered Monday. Tuesday this week I was informed they went Backorder. WtF!!!!
BTW, nice rig....
Thanks, that helps a lot. From the way it looks on the Bronco its in line with the body of the vehicle.I don't plan on doing much off roading, but boy its so much easier to step on the power step then inside the vehicle and vice versa.
I've been looking at these also and there is an override switch. It will allow you to put up or down without the doors on. I think the switch is $45. Look on AMP website.Do they come with an over ride switch so if the doors are off?
If you look on the AMP website for these. I looked at the installation instructions and I believe all they have you do is cut the boards to size for a 2 door option. They are the same boards they sell for the Ranger. Their site seems to be down right now or else I would post the instructions.Ditto ... AMP needs to get moving! I'd prefer these over the RockSliders!

EDIT: I was able to get the instructions. You just cut them down for the 2 door. It tells you the measurements.

2 door version is the same part number as the 4 door and Ranger...( #AMP76140-01A ) you just cut the aluminum extrusion step to 55 inches from the stock 72 inches. I installed this weekend and they work great! A bit challenging to install due to poor design choices but nothing impossible.Ditto ... AMP needs to get moving! I'd prefer these over the RockSliders!
