So happy they cover up the pinch welds when retracted!

Thanks. That's what I needed to see. How far off the body they stuck out towards the wheel. In this case, they don't

I just installed these as well. I am having a super hard time getting 2 bolts tightened on the front mounts... any suggestions?

I removed the rock rails and bought these AMP Power Boards. Wasn’t sure how it was going to look since there were no photos or videos. I’m loving them.

Thanks for the pictures! I was pretty convinced I was going to do the rock slides but after seeing your set up, I think I like the AMP much better.

Do you think you would be able to attach mud flaps, front and back with out interference from the step?

Can you keep on the Ford rocker panels that are used to hide the pinch weld? Or will that have to be removed before installing the AMP steps?

From the way it looks on the Bronco its in line with the body of the vehicle.

I don't plan on doing much off roading, but boy its so much easier to step on the power step then inside the vehicle and vice versa.

Do they come with an over ride switch so if the doors are off?
I've been looking at these also and there is an override switch. It will allow you to put up or down without the doors on. I think the switch is $45. Look on AMP website.

Ditto ... AMP needs to get moving! I'd prefer these over the RockSliders!
If you look on the AMP website for these. I looked at the installation instructions and I believe all they have you do is cut the boards to size for a 2 door option. They are the same boards they sell for the Ranger. Their site seems to be down right now or else I would post the instructions.

EDIT: I was able to get the instructions. You just cut them down for the 2 door. It tells you the measurements.

You are correct! #AMP76140-01A Cut to 55 inches they work great. Installed this weekend!

A few of the bolts are a HUGE pain in the arse to install due to poor design but all are possible. I mounted the control module on a custom bracket alone the driver side engine bay wall... made for a clean install.

2 door version is the same part number as the 4 door and Ranger...( #AMP76140-01A ) you just cut the aluminum extrusion step to 55 inches from the stock 72 inches. I installed this weekend and they work great! A bit challenging to install due to poor design choices but nothing impossible.
