Typical, salesman pitch. Unless, FoMoCo itself says it with specifics with timeframe it will be a repeat of 21’ and 22’ year fiasco.

Wrong! Better watch it again. Even Zach from Granger said good news concerning production is forthcoming.

Haha how does that make me wrong? I was the one saying that a Ford Dealer hinted that order banks could open as soon as February. I want them to open as soon as possible!

My uneducated guess is they will take a couple weeks to assess the situation (total orders converted) and will make an announcement on the order banks the first or 2nd full week into December. They can build roughly 10-15K/month. Im guessing there are about 60k orders converted to MY23. nearly half of those prob get built when 23s started last month thru Jan. Feb or March seems like a pretty safe bet.

I think that your guess of 60k is close, I am thinking 60k-80k converted, but 80k would be the maximum I would expect, however when you break it down across 3300 dealers, that is an average of only 25 per dealer (80k). It just seems a little bit on the light side.

An average of 40 Broncos per dealer would put the number too high (132k) and an average of 18 Broncos would be a little bit low (60k).

Ford Bronco Report: 2023 Bronco order banks will open February 2023 D6281CCB-AE3C-4BF6-83B2-7004EE511DCB
Hmm, broncos available in Q2 2023…. Does that mean order banks will open in Q2 2023? Or people will be able to order soon and take delivery in Q2 2023? Or will 2023 models not deliver in general until Q2 2023 (for those who have orders in the system already)? What does it all mean LOL!!

The recent COVP process with $1000 deposit removed most of the phony dealer orders and a lot of non-serious customer orders. Now a lot less orders in the system.
What is this $1000 deposit you mention? I only have $100 deposit on my order.

Mine didn't change either, just the original $100 reservation deposit.

That's when the Heritage Editions supposedly start getting built, not when open orders start back.

Yeah...that specific message about Q2 2023 is about the Heritage Editions - not the general Bronco Order Banks.

The Ford website was updated recently however and basically it says "You ain't ordering a 2023". lol

" Due to high demand, the current model year is no longer available for retail order. "

Now...when they decide to open up the order banks "hopefully" is when there's light at the end of the tunnel for all the backlog they have.

Where do you see that? I still see:

Due to a combination of high demand and global supply-chain constraints, not all models and trims or features are available to order. Contact your dealer for available inventory stock or future availability.”

Yes...but there wasn't really order banks opened. All orders converted from MY22 to MY23 back in August I believe - BUT - everything was set to a "99" priority code. 11/21/2022 was the "drop-dead" date to have your order re-confirmed and your priority code switched from 99 to whatever it was before. Anything left in 99 was to be dropped from the backlog after 11/21/2022- and that could be a significant number of orders.

My "guess" is they will now be analyzing the remaining backlog orders and based on supplies available determine when the MY23 Order Banks will open. I've heard Feb 2023 - but that's a "rumor". ;)

Ford Bronco Report: 2023 Bronco order banks will open February 2023 1669654282340

The re-order banks did close last Monday so it is not wrong. But it does not mean they will remain closed. The FAQ still calls it a temporary pause.

Ford Bronco Report: 2023 Bronco order banks will open February 2023 1669654282340
Thank you. That makes sense with the 11/21 deadline to convert to an order that just passed by.

Hoping for Order Banks to open within the next several months!
