Reservation/ Order for 2021 Bronco no longer in My Ford Account

Just curious, has anyone who has had their 2021 order pushed to 2022 but hasn't re-ordered yet noticed there is nothing showing under reservation/ order on their Ford Account? My understanding was that Ford automatically created a 2022 order (99'd) it in the system waiting for 2021 customers to create their 2022 order. I didn't jump on it when the order banks opened up on 10/13 choosing to wait for the B&P Tool, etc. I reached out to my Bronco "Specialist" at my dealer last week and happened to log into my account and it now states I don't have a reservation or order. I've heard nothing back from my dealer yet and I'm curious if they've somehow canceled my order and reservation. I certainly haven't been credited my deposit. Wasn't sure if the account thing was normal or not.

My order now shows up as a 2022. It updated soon after my new order was put in for a 2022. I'm with Granger and they have been on top of all this.

My order now shows up as a 2022. It updated soon after my new order was put in for a 2022. I'm with Granger and they have been on top of all this.
Thanks, I am pretty sure my order was still showing up there in Aug last time I was in there. I had "words" with my dealer after the you're all screwed/ hang in there letter from Ford last May. When I initially ordered my 2021 and was asked for a $2500 deposit I really didn't think much about it. As the timeline for receiving it was now completely unknown (not even what year we'd get it) I reached out to my dealer to see if the deposit was refundable. He proceeded to tell me a bunch of lies like they were tied to a 97% name match, that they'd need to receive my Bronco and sell it before returning my money, etc. which I called them on. Showed him a copy of the name match policy (acquired here on Bronco6G), told him that Ford doesn't consider it a truck until the VIN is assigned, etc.) and the manager eventually agreed to return my refund . I told them I wasn't canceling my order but just wanted to understand my options as my wife's car presently has 180K+ miles on it. If that craps out or requires a major repair we will be forced to do something else rather than wait an undetermined amount of time for the Bronco to arrive. I guess my concern after not seeing it there today was that my dealer canceled my order.

If it was cancelled it will still show under reservations and orders on your Ford account. I have prior reservations that I cancelled from another dealer that still show up but shows that they were cancelled.

On Oct 12, 2021 non-scheduled 2021 went to an " Unscheduled- Balance Out" status. When you resubmit your order it will show up as a 2022 " Unscheduled- Clean " status on the vehiclevisibility.dealerconnection site. I am assuming you would see an updated reservation/order after the update. My account showed the no order until I updated my order to a 2022. I was able to see the update using the 8digit reservation # at the end of: https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=YOURRESERVATION#HERE

Nope. Call your dealer now and get the MY22 order in.

Just something to think about - Spoke to Ford yesterday on something similar, but starting a new months ago, only orders that are placed online will appear on the account, orders placed via a dealer will not. Also, they cannot be manually added to the account.

Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Excellent - thank you! I see the reservation is still there. I'll just keep hounding my dealer rep to schedule my 2022 order.
