Dealer made good on our agreement and even went a little better than that. I am happy with this outcome.

Bronco6g members who contributed to this effort: thank you, you did this. The dealer conceded that the lawsuit meant nothing to them but the online reviews are everything to them.

I agreed to remove any negative reviews I put up (of which I have done none) as well as request you all to take down negative reviews. Thank you for your support. Without you, this wouldn't have resolved the way it did.

The bronco6g community is nothing short of amazing. You have my axe.

You may want to review your insurance policy first.

I'm not trying to justify why dealerships think they can act this way, I'm trying to explain their business situation. Negotiations go much better when you understand the other side's constraints. You ask for shit they can give you, not shit they can't.

I would happily eat any increase in premiums if a vehicle that I ordered and waited well over a year for was stolen from me.

Glad things worked out for you OP. I just hate it for the rest of that dealerships Bronco customers.

I think on behalf of everyone in your corner, we are pleased at the outcome of your transaction. It's awful that any dealership would even try to do this. I think the dealership made the right call in selling you "YOUR" Bronco at the agreed upon price. I hope other dealerships that might consider trying to pull this take note.

Hell yes! I suspect they may have been bluffing a bit about the lawsuit not bothering them but certainly nice to hear the reviews have power. Now to make good on our end by removing them!
