No man, you have to fill up a box with stuff worth more than the box! These are the rules. Everyone knows this!

:ROFLMAO:
I wonder how many pineapples will fit in this thing…

Thank you for posting! Looks great and I dont care what you keep in it! Debating between this and the cargo enclosure...

First looking at the pics I thought, hmm...I have not seen that retractable cargo cover then remembered you said it was in your GC! Phew!

I really want a review on this guy:

Same here on the 2 door model. I found the 2 door model for $360 shipped. I really want to fit my 37 quart ARB fridge in the back cargo area, so this cargo area enclosure probably doesn’t work for me.

I dont' know how they sized it, but it would be ideal if it matched up with the roughly 5 inch step up to the floor when the seats are folded down. This would have the benefit of giving a flat floor.

If it matches, I'm getting this. If it doesn't. I will build one that gives me a flat floor with the rear seats folded.

Yeah, I like this one slightly better because use can still use the entire cargo space. Now, this one is probably less secure than the box in original post. But like someone mentioned earlier, there’s no perfect solution with owning a convertible. If someone wants to breakin, they can easily.

Not sure about the fixed lid enclosure, but the deluxe enclosure (hinged lid) evidently allows you to quickly remove the lid without tools. So you should be able to use nearly all of the available cargo space when needed for larger items.

Interesting. Do you have a link or picture? I can’t find it.

It doesn't; it's taller. 8" or so.

Does it say anywhere what the weight limit is on top of it? I hope at least 100lbs or more.

Quick update:

I wanted something to put on the top to prevent scratching. I ended up going to Home Depot to pick-up some 4 mm thick commercial rubber matting. It’s anti-slip and was easy to cut.

I didn’t even need to use double-sided tape or anything; it holds in place on its own. I will end up putting some double sided tape eventually, but want to wait to cut out the corners for the tie-down anchors once I install them.

I’m happy with the end result!

P.s. - Don’t mind the green rag tied to the handle of the box. I used a tie-down to secure the box so it doesn’t slide around on the carpet of my Jeep.

That appears to be referring to the Bronco top on or off.
I was referring to temporarily removing the top of the enclosure so you can stow larger items.
I think you're right
