Ride with Shelby Hall and More (SuperCel East)

Yesterday was the most fun that I have had in a long time. I borrowed a GoPro from a friend at work, and I just tried to film everything at Super Cel exactly as I experienced it. The videos are pretty raw, and this is the first time I have ever done anything like this (don't judge me too hard lol).

The ride was unbelievable. Highlights:

• Suspension just soaks up the bumps
• Soft Top was quiet
• No rattling or squeaks
• 2.3L Auto may be a good combo after all, pretty good pep.
• Marine Grade Vinyl is awesome! It is not leather, cloth, or work truck vinyl. Completely different material. Love it!

The only negative to the ride was that the stay bar disconnect was not working on the Bronco I rode in (Pre-Production). It did work for the Badlands in front of us. I will also not that the Trail Turn did not work so well for the guy in front of us. It looked to be driver error, not Bronco. However, Shelby pulled it off on first try. Pretty Amazing.

I have also included other videos and pics including one of me crawling in the back of a 2 door (Black Diamond). Overall I had a great day, and I confirmed 3 things for myself: VelocityBlue, Sasquatch, and 4 door.

Oh, and one more nugget. After I stopped recording (naturally), I asked Shelby if the Sasquatch could fit actual 35x12.5x17 opposed to the stock 315x70xR17. Her answer: "Well Sasquatch will fit 37s so that shouldn't be a problem." I asked again, and she confirmed 37s will fit Sasquatch with no lift! Thoughts?

Great post! Thanks So cool that you got to ride with the Baja Legend's Granddaughter, Shelby. I'm jealous. She was ripping down parts of that trail. Must have been a blast!

That Sandstone was so nice in person. I know people rip on it, but it is my 2nd favorite to Black Diamond. I like it best in the leather on Wildtrak.

She saw it and took photos on Weds. I just wanted to tag her so that she doesn't miss the photos. There are certain interiors that are unicorns (Sandstone, Luna Pier Cloth, and Roast Cloth). There can never be enough photos as certain lighting conditions and better cameras might capture details that another set missed. As it stands now, the OBX cloth has only been seen by the Stig's potato.

From the moment I saw these fenders it was my plan to get 37's on a Squatch with no lift.

These fenders, remove the crash bars. Not sure what else till I get mine. That is what I am hoping for.

2 door looked so good. It is the perfect proportions, especially with squatch. Almost looks fat, but I like it . Not too good for putting an infant seat in the back tho. Haha.
