For all the talk about it I have yet to see a white top that looks good.

It’s the clashing of the black / carbo grey plastic mixed with the white plastic that looks so goofy to me.

Red is the only color offered on any “heritage“ that looks ok to me (eruption green or velocity blue would also look good)...but it may be that I had a red ‘68 back in the day...

Yes, after seeing these images today I'm strongly considering backing out of my Heritage order and converting an order for a Wildtrak.

The white top and grille looks good on the 1G. The new Bronco has plenty of retro styling while still looking like a modern vehicle Trying to take it all the way back to the 60’s with a white top and grille doesn’t look good to me.

The thing that makes white grills look terrible on 6G is painting the entire grill white. Only the center of the grill should be white, using G1 as the best example of this (above). When this little detail is done right, the rest of the Bronco has a chance, and only a chance of coming together (I like body color flairs in this application).. There’s certainly a fine line between full retro, and full . . . never mind I won’t finish that statement. Let’s just say there’s risk involved, and they all can’t be the Bill Stroppe Retro Mod (which was jaw droppingly badass).

6G looks way different with the grille surround painted body color. Too much work for Ford I guess.

I'm not exactly sure what it is but I'm not feeling the vibe. I think it starts with the wheels. they don't look right with the design Just like having a big off black balloon on each corner. The egg having been over salted with road grime doesn't help as it dulls out all of the parts of the car. Ultimately I think all of the non cohesive black trim that is covered in road grime is the problem (mirror, B pillar, bumper, fenders, rock rails/steps and the wheels).
