Does anyone know of any nice alternatives to the OEM rock rails. I think they're a little too heavy and expensive. I just want them to cover up the pinch welds.

I have a 4 door, but I remember seeing cheaper, lighter aluminum rock rails, I think from CJ Pony Parts. Also there is a Ford dealer supplier called Lasco Auto parts that seems to offer OEM Ford parts at lower prices. They have OEM Bronco rock rails at discount prices. I'm thinking about buying Ford rock rails from them too, but haven't pulled the trigger, so I dont know if they're legit or not.

I got some from Lasco and this is how they arrived. They're scuffed from top to bottom and just lazily taped together. I'm never buying anything from them again, these are going straight back.

Give it some time and you will be able to find a set of take offs for cheap. Until then, rattle can it black.

Man, you're in LA. I'm taking off my Rock Rails tomorrow and replacing them with steps. Dunno what I'm going to do with 'em yet.

That could work. Let me know what you want for them. Maybe we could work something out. 👍
