Is the final design leaving the tube end open like that on the front and rear of the slider? Huge dirt collection point and not great looking to boot.

Yes, ends will be capped in the production version. These are test rails.

To all asking about mounting points.

We will have mounting photos soon when the production brackets are finished

We feel confident that when you see our solution to the mounting you guys will appreciate the bolt on strength and protection these will provide.

Would be interesting if you could also design another version of even tighter sliders not step-able 'No step on snek' version, so I can still add my removable stirrups by
archetyperacing too.

These look great....if they reallly are bolt on with existing holes in the frame, even better.

Like them, but need to see in person. I think I want more upward angle and more kick out toward the rear. They look flat and straight in the pictures. How about mounting pictures? Also need top plates as I donā€™t need my dogs leg getting caught in that.
Top plates are required.

Yeah, this ^^^^. Also, I donā€™t want my wifeā€™s feet tangled up! Maybe make non-skid top plates an option. Wouldnā€™t have to be entire length. Perhaps just 4 in the vicinity of the doors.

Does the leading edge of the slider protrude a little into the front wheel well? Iā€™m asking this to figure out whether a mud flap will fit there without having to cut a hole in the mud flap to accommodate the leading edge of the slider.

Otherwise, congrats on a really nice design.

Edit: you just answered my mud flap question upthread, thanks!

It looks like you could leave the factory badlands/Black Diamond rails on with these too...like you can with Wrangler factory sliders to cover the holes in the body. Is that correct?
