Rocker Stripe - Est 1966

I always appreciated the simplicity of the rocker stripe offered on the first model year in 1966, so I made my own version with off-the-shelf striping tape.

I know some of the graphics suppliers that frequent here offer a version that is more dimensionally correct, but honestly, this one fits very nicely between the body creases. The tape seems to be very good quality but time will tell I suppose.

At any rate, for $18.99 and 2 hours "work" (aka playing around with my Bronco) it was a fun little project.

My 66 u14 still has it's original paint and hand painted pin stripe and rocker panel stripes. Everything was a little cheaper in 1965 lol.

Sorry, I don't have a link. I just picked it up at Autozone. I looked on the website but didn't see it... I'm not even sure of the brand. It's 3" wide overall.
