These are absolutely epic and we have installed well over 150 sets here at Doetsch Off-Road on well-used Wrangler & Gladiator rigs including my last 3. Theyve survived every trail in Moab multiple times, even a full weight drop off a 3' boulder.

I will have them on all 4 of my SEMA builds and will be doing a pe-sale on these just prior to the show.

The external is 10gauge steel, acid etched and heavily powdercoated. Any major scratches that manage to go all the way down, just touch them up with textured black rattle can.
The Internal is all stainless steel, no worries there at all.

Addressed above. Two family members in Chicago have had theirs for years. Even a gen 1 which is nearly 10yrs old. The internals do need occasional preventative maintenance and cleaning when in very harsh conditions.
