The Thule Force XT XL fits okay on the oem rack. It would fit better if you could adjust the oem bar spacing.
The cross bars are adjustable. They give you the tools to do so when you purchase the vehicle. You just have to loosen the star bit screws and move it to where you need it to be.
I only see two possible locations for the crossbars, front and middle. I do not see any further adjustability for the OEM rack.
@Biltwild I just ordered a bronco and am looking at roof rack options and would really like to add a cargo box. One thing that I’m noticing with most cargo boxes is that they aren’t flat on the bottom. With a rack like this that has a flat mounting surface and no load bars, did you run into misuses mounting the box to the rack? I assume that your box has the clamp style mounts. Does the curved part of the box just fall between the bars? ThanksThule XXL on the RCI roof rack. Has a big range of where you can have the cross members.
