Bought the Rough Country folding table instead of the Ford table due to the heavier construction and higher weight rating. Also liked the idea of the "cupholders" built into it.
However, I usually drink things in cans, bottles, etc. I don't use a big car mug. And the "cupholders' in the Rough Country folding table are just holes in the table surface. Cans, bottles will drop right through.
Went to Joann Fabric and picked up some 1" polyester strapping, got some rivets, and made some washers from 4 pennies. Cut the strapping to 11" in length, drilled 1/8" holes in the shelf and my homemade washers.
Turned out great, adds no weight, and takes up no room.
