Yea, so I'm guessing this won't work with the capable bumper. I looked up the Bash plate for the modular bumper and it only works with the mod bumper.

What about the standard bumper?

Does the standard bumper (like what is found on the black diamond) use the same bash plate as the capable bumper on the badlands?

Guys, I have some exciting news! I'll save you the clickbait, but I just got the new Hidden winch from Rough Country and it's been modified to fit the Modular bumper! Also other news, but watch the video for that. Only about 5 minutes.

Wow! Congratulations Steph! That’s awesome for you! I’ve been soooo waiting for them to come out with this! 1000% ordering one as soon as it’s available! Are you able to confirm that it’ll work with similar winches such as the Harbour Freight Apex Badlands?

I was checking this setup too for my Basesquatch, and from what I read it's compatible with only base style 2.3Ls models... BUT, you have to cut and grind on the frame extensions; so while I love the price and look, I gotta go with the DV8 FS-15 with the extensions. Link: DV8 FS-15
I'm having the dealer buy-through so it's ordered and paid for in the loan. No offense whatsoever to Rough Country; I love their stuff... especially my front axle quad shock and dual steering stabilizers for my Excursion!!!11

What’s the part number for the capable bumper?

M2DZ-17757-AA or M2DZ-17757-BA with parking aids

It really looks like the same contour as the old plastic diagram...... I have a feeling this kit will work with it. But someone needs to try it.... I do have a 22 Bronco getting built end April.....

If you just look at the front plate it looks like you lose alot. But the plate the winch mounts on should cover most of the rest.

Oh once I get it all installed for sure! Just a little busy this week, so probably be next week before I have time to get it fully installed.

Received mine in mid Feb and it fits my Mod bumper. Just needed to remove mod bumper to install RC skid plate and ordered two more bolts from Ford (w505444s439)to install the front skid to the frame. The RC instructions were from the old version and couldn't really figure out how the narrow metal bar was suppose to fit the skid plate to the mod bumper so did not use but it still fit tight.
