Received mine in mid Feb and it fits my Mod bumper. Just needed to remove mod bumper and ordered two more bolts from Ford to install in predrilled holes when bumper removed.

Do you happen to know which bolts or part number by any chance?

@gmac71 Wait...what? Do you mean you removed the skid plate entirely?

@NorthShoreBronco - the point of this new version is that it keeps the stock skids, correct?

*****UPDATE #2- Updated the video with the pertinent info**********

**** UPDATE We came to the conclusion that the kit will only be available after the next production Run once the current inventory runs out. So I took down my Video for now... Sorry guys. Just in case someone runs out to get the kit... I'll post updates as soon as they are available.***********

Guys, I have some exciting news! I'll save you the clickbait, but I just got the new Hidden winch from Rough Country and it's been modified to fit the Modular bumper! Also other news, but watch the video for that. Only about 5 minutes.

Good video and thanks for the information!
I no agree with a lot of your comments on Rough Country and am actively looking forward to their Modular Bumper 2.7 Winch.

Any chance you can press them for a better Nudge Bar solution that works w/upper level tech?

Hi, the stock skid plate is removed and replaced with the one included in the RC hidden winch package.

When is THIS winch mount going to happen!? I grabbed this from a RC video because it’s exactly what I’m looking for. High and tight, better than the jcroffroad option
Agreed, I'm trying to find out when this is actually coming out.

Received mine in mid Feb and it fits my Mod bumper. Just needed to remove mod bumper to install RC skid plate and ordered two more bolts from Ford (w505444s439)to install the front skid to the frame. The RC instructions were from the old version and couldn't really figure out how the narrow metal bar was suppose to fit the skid plate to the mod bumper so did not use but it still fit tight.

Nice! Yea I think you got the Version 2 skid. Only difference will be extra hardware and a couple side plates in the next revision. Looks good! Can't wait to install mine.

Huh…didn’t think that worked with V1. I’m looking forward to OP install to see fitment. Do you lose a lot of coverage on the sides?

Also, if one gets in some deep mud - how well do winches handle that (zero experience with a winch, but I’ve come to grips with the fact that I need one). Assuming you’d have to pull the plate, extend the rope fully and spend a good hour with a hose?

Yea, by the looks of it he got a V2 plate.

I'm thinking the low positioning is going to be the downside of this set up..... But, it's not like mud won't reach higher up either.

With synthetic line I don't think you'll have to take the line out and clean it. I'm more worried about the electrical .....

It looks good, but I’m wondering if this isn’t too low, and would scrape on rock ledges🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m not sure and am actually asking.

Awesome, thank you! Going to order ahead of time.
Did you not have a skid plate under there already? It would have the bolts there?
