I like how you notched out the plastic bumper mount covers, most others I have seen just cut it in half and the bumper bolts are exposed. I have an RC winch mount sitting at home for my capable bumper. Going to install next week, any advice on cutting the plastic and notching it correctly?Now it's done. Blue ox base plates with all flat towing connections and the RC winch and winch mount. It's a pretty straight forward install.
I started at the bottom and lined up the mounting tabs and worked my way up. You could go by mine. I cut too big at first then work a little at a time.

I know its been a while but can you supply me the part numbers you used for the winch install and mount. I have the same flat tow set up. Did you cut or modify the bumper to add the cradle? I had to trim the bumper a little and the plastic trim for it to fit nicely. Not a hard job. The RC parts are for the mod bumper.
