Hammer built is the reinforcement that I chose only because he’s making sturdier hinges too

I swapped wheels and tires
New weight is 105 (up from 88)
Well I measured the weight on the new ones. I’ll measure the old ones before I palletize them for shipping today

I think you're pretty close with the Sasquatch wheel weight... 85Lbs comes to mind? 🤷
Hinge replacement sounds a lot more complicated and in depth.

I plan on adding a Motobilt jerry can holder onto my reinforcement. I might need hinges too!

Easy, cheap solution for tailgate noise and upgraded (bigger) wheels...
But there is a right way and a wrong way to install it!
Very useful. Thanks!
