I will prolly go this route as I want to keep the BL steel bumper, just run a side motor mount winch call it done.

That winch has a 4.5" x 10" footprint.

Ford Bronco Rough Country Winch plate for modular bumper (Coming soon) 1642607434255

The closer I look at the winch plate the more simple it seems. Bolts to the top of the HD bumper, 45s that connect between the recovery caps. As others have said get that camera relocation bracket for the fairlead from JCR and you are golden.

I had a Rough Country hidden winch mount on my F-150 It was well designed and solidly built. I don’t understand all of the blanket negativity.
Most of their steel bits are at least decent... But they haven't done a good job on springs, shocks, control arms and bushing, etc. So they catch a lot of crap across the board.

Damn I was ready to get the JCR but this ones seems to not impact approach angle as much. Wonder how far away from release they are.

I like that this looks more flush mounted than other options I have seen... I'm into it.

Same, have used it on 3 F150’s...never any issues with it.

I know there aren't a ton of options in this area yet, but maybe someone will eventually release a winch plate that doesn't block the front camera view so much, that also works with the 2.7. I imagine someday someone will make a frame chop bumper or something that requires an aftermarket intercooler that allows the winch to be lower and out of the way - like they do with the raptor.

That looks like a whole new level of camera blocking! I have asked JCR about a 2" receiver "winch mount". That may be the ticket for some of us. None of the existing add on mounts are speaking to me yet. The 2.7 and front camera make my choices a bit harder.
Agreed! A 2" receiver up front makes plenty of sense. I asked JCR about doing that and they said not at this time.
