Rough Country also mentioned they are working on a hidden winch mount for the 2.7L. Not sure on the time frame. Also, if I had to guess I'd say this mount will cost $300-400.

I just messaged RC again and they now said this winch plate is 4-6 weeks out, and they did not have a price yet.

I guess I'll keep waiting.

I was told 4-6 weeks on Feb 2nd. I'm trying to stay of the mind that patience is important since all this stuff is brand new to market, and not buy something I'm totally not sold on. Keep going back and forth between hidden and the winch plate from them.

I messaged them I think last week and they said still in development, release sometime this year (no more 4 weeks out). My guess is it's either low priority for them or much more challenging than they thought.

I'm guessing after some testing they realized it sat too high and wasn't holding up to a load.

ASFIR has theirs in the same spot so it can't be to bad, I just don't like how ASFIR also moved the bumper forward 4 inches as well, seems unnecessary.

I thought ASFIR's was a bumper but I guess It's a mount also. Unfortunately moving the bumper four inches forward is probably a worse approach angle than the JCR mount.

Didn’t see anything about the front camera in the instructions or the description. Do we think with a control pack relocation it won’t block the camera?

I think a control pack relocation will help but I doubt it will be totally unobstructed. I really don't want to pay more for JCRs relocation kit than the actual winch mount it goes on...
