Hey All,
I recently had RPG Perch collars installed on my Bronco Raptor, 1.5 Front and 2.25 Rear. I noticed that on both the front and rear there is about an 1/8th inch gap and they dont mate to each other on each end. Torque values from the instructions were used. Pic is attached below.
From the site I dont see that much of a gap but wondering if others that have installed RPG collars see this same gap or if I need to head back to my installers.
**Update: So I checked with Tye and some others and all have gaps when torqued to the specs provided by RPG. We also found that this is present on the Gen3 F150 Raptors as well. Seems like a design choice to have that 1/8th inch gap. I still have an email out to them and will report back
