I have a 2023 Wildtrak and I figured this suspension was no different than other Broncos with different shocks and springs, but the 3.0 Hoss shocks will indeed not interchange with other models. They have completely different attachment pieces along with their own lower control arms. So conventional spacer leveling kits simply won't work. I bought the RGP 1.5" spacer, which in reality is 5/8" thick spacer for the spring. I'd be very surprised if I'll see a full 1.5" of lift when I install it, and I have that much rake front to back with tow capability. At the present time, it looks like RPG is the only game in town. When I get around to installing the spacer, I'll post up details. I also don't believe a 5/8" spring spacer is going to result in much change to ride quality or much of an increase in spring rate.

LOL... looking for good news @Bean14 !It's either good, meaning he (bean14) loves it and had been on the trails for months, or it's bad, real bad.
Ya- niiice… I have the same RPGs and I love them. I have yet to encounter a drawback.I guess I'll answer, LOL I installed the 3"/2.25" RPG collars on my HOSS 3.0 shocks last Saturday. Super easy install. Took me and my fellow tech (we are dealer techs with all the cool tools) 2.5 hours at the most. We also installed 37" Yokohamas with Battle Born Wheels and a Lobo HNT front bumper. I have yet to align it as I have some RPG upper control arms to install still.
Yes, they are KBD. I bought them right off their website. They look good and fit fine. I haven't applied the adhesive yet to stick them to the fenders. The mounting holes in the flares could be a little bigger for eaier install.Ya- niiice… I have the same RPGs and I love them. I have yet to encounter a drawback.
Are those the KDB fender flares? If not, what are they? THAT is the look I’m going for on my EG Moar Door!
Whatever brand they are what do you think of them and where can they be found?
Thanks!
Boy, that came out great! I'm after maybe a 2" or 2.5" lift to clear a set of 37s. I assume the UCAs are because you're at 3"?I guess I'll answer, LOL I installed the 3"/2.25" RPG collars on my HOSS 3.0 shocks last Saturday. Super easy install. I haven't installed the UCA's yet, no problems so far. But I am putting them in tomorrow.Boy, that came out great! I'm after maybe a 2" or 2.5" lift to clear a set of 37s. I assume the UCAs are because you're at 3"?
I realized how silly it was to get a PhD shortly after I found out that full time UPS drivers made $170k per year. Talk about being in the wrong business! 170k and you get a uniform!Holy crap! $478-$558 for what amounts to an aluminum shaft collar? I am in the wrong business.
