Unpopular opinion, but the "off road use only" vehicles are still ruining air quality, so they should be subject to EPA emissions limits. Emissions are a big deal, and even if the long-term tradeoffs of CO2 aren't a big deal to you, NOX emissions are immediately bad for your health.

My guess, the current political make up of the House will not allow this Act to pass. There is no way they will "protect" people's rights to thwart the EPA. Even if it gets through Congress, there's no way Biden is signing it.

It's the coal rollers that have brought the heat from the EPA. Even an average Karen knows you've done something to make your truck yuckier when you make a Prius disappear in a cloud of smoke. The racing industry is just collateral damage from the EPA trying to shut that diesel stuff down.
