The RTR Rock Sliders are available for BRaptor! Our Rock Sliders are constructed from 1.75-inch DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) steel tubing. Utilizing DOM steel tubing has several benefits such as the highest weld strength, uniform wall thickness, and leaves the finished product with a smooth and clean surface. Each Rock Slider is finished in a 2-stage powder coat for corrosion resistance and texture for increased grip when using them as a step. The Rock Sliders give you 4-inches of surface area to be used as a step or lifting point. They also feature a 7-inch rear tire kick-out that was designed to protect the body of your Bronco when going over larger obstacles out on the trails, this kick-out can also be used as a step.
The RTR Rock Sliders sit higher and tighter to the frame of the BRaptors chassis. Heavy duty steel mounts are used to secure each Rock Slider to the OE mounting points. You will gain up to 1.5 inches of additional clearance by removing the factory BRaptor side steps. A pair of 4-door RTR Rock Sliders weigh 110lbs. When mounting these some slight modification is required. The front fender flap needs to be removed to clear the RTR Rock sliders and the inside fender wells need to slightly cut.
