Before covid hit, I was logging ~75 mi/wk in preparation for Snoqualmie, Eugene, chi-town, and NY marathons -- was hoping for a BQ.
Since 2020 has been 2020, I've transcended into logging about 75 wpm on the keyboard trolling Bronco forums while spinning on the Peloton ?
Badass!

Me and my buddy had signed up for the 2021 LA marathon again. We got lucky and had just run LA right before COVID happened last March!

I'm shooting for at least 10k a week along with my weight lifting.

Post-run beers taste the best. Especially with tacos.
I'm a mountain biker cause I cant stand running. I prefer the post mtn biking pulled pork sammich and fries.

Been a runner for year. Spent a lot of them on a treadmill. as I am getting closer to the big 50 number and with a rather stubborn knee, this year I cut back on my running and have been doing a lot of elliptical, walking, mountain biking (my new favorite), and biking. Running i usually do 4-5 miles. Work out 6-7 days a week. Keeps me sane. Figure it’s better to try and reduce the repetitive wear and tare from running so I can hopefuly keep doing this all in 10-15 years.

I really enjoyed the pre-covid 5k pub runs and the friendships built on a shared love of running and beer.

Other than that I love the mental aspect along with the highs and lows of ultra running.
