Ya know, if Ford is keeping an eye on this, could you imagine how well an OD green, Sage green, or coyote brown would sell to forest service, DNR, conservation officers, and sheriff's departments? Possibly even some light duty vehicles for military? A lot of vehicles need to blend in with earth colors, and even some prepers could be swayed with one of these colors!! Coyote brown absolutely NEVER looks dirty either.(y)

The only color we truly need...all hail Sage Green.

Wait a year, Green paint, bigger engine, etc will come to re-ignite the ? fire. For now, Ford has created more than enough interest. Can't have it all on day one!

Are these yours?
No. Just examples of the color. There was a guy in our off-road club that wrapped his Jeep JKU that way, but I don't have pictures. It looked really great though.

For the guys that have wrapped vehicles and kept them for a while, does it last? How long? Resistance to tears? Postulations on fading if it were parked outside at 8000ft for a few years etc?

I haven't had a wrapped car, but the guy I used to trail with who did had for over 5 years. The vinyl had a few little "chips" from rocks, but was in good shape. He parked it outside near sea level, no snow and not many days above 90.

Thanks for the info. My concern is of the UV damage here at altitude. While we dont get the Florida/Arizona heat, we get substantially more UV. Thanks again.
