I have never been comfortable with spacers. I feel it puts to much on bearings etc. looks good but just isn’t for me.
It definitely will put some more stress on the wheel bearings. Thats why I didn’t go with anything too extreme in hopes that I’m not putting as much stress. I guess time will tell.

Does any hear a lot of truck and Jeep owners replacing wheel bearings?

Just curious. There are a ton of Jeeps I see daily with much more extreme offsets than me.

Like the look but they would be illegal in PA and not pass inspection if the tire is poking beyond the flare.

Wheel bearings rarely go bad on Jeeps, they are about the best out of all of them...all go bad eventually (say 100k-150k miles). GM products are the most common. It seems like every GM vehicle I work on has at least one noisy wheel bearing. Ford has historically been somewhere in between, but of course it's too soon to tell how Bronco will do. If Ford researched what Jeep did to get reliable hub bearings, then they will be fine.

...make room to clear larger tires/wider tires.
Sometimes. Other times, moving wheels outward causes rubbing that wasn't present before.

I may go with 37s one day so I wanted to stay around the 0mm offset since most things I’ve read said that is the sweet spot for 37s

And it certainly may be. I'm sure you've done your research. :)

I have the 37s on mine, and ya, it's about right. You will still need to trim crash bar mount, front frame body mount, and there's some plastic fillers inside the rear of the wheelhouse you might need to remove

Ya……the stock position throws enough rocks as is……with them out that much further you going to be touching up way more rock chips…..

That's also why aftermarket suspension manufactures have requirements for wheel backspacing/offset.

Also a good reason not to just do thing for looks!
