That seems like a pretty optimistic outlook on supply.

You could be right to some extent, if you really care about market value on this rig. But, that goes for people paying sticker as well. Paying MSRP is overpaying in a traditional sense.
I think I read somewhere in the "Name Match is Back For 2023" aka OVP thread (watch the video from a dealer in the first post) that there's only something like 64k broncos in the order backlog and 28% of those are at risk of being cancelled on March 7th if they don't do OVP. Ford can make around 15k per month. So in theory if they didn't do dealer allocations they'd clear it in 4-5 months. Add in dealer allocations and new orders, maybe it takes a bit longer.

I think there's a real possibility that by the end of the year we might be back to a more normal ordering timeline, and prices adjusting as well.
