Dan Edmunds has to be one of the most underrated channels on YouTube. Clear explanation of how everything works, even weighed the tire/wheel at 87.5lbs, (35s aren't light :)):

Hopefully we'll see this Bronco on his RTI ramp in the next video.

Thank you for posting this. I know zilch about any of this, so every little bit helps!

I can attest to the weight of Squatch wheel and tire. Picked this up the other day. Switched out with spare and had it patched. I don’t plan on putting miles on that tire. Kinda sucks after only 3500 miles.

You sucked up the chisel from the strike side? Wow 🤯

Good video. What is that tubular thing welded through the frame up by the engine? (seen at 3:57)

Yep, the SBD is overrated on SAS IFS IMO. Maybe only a few inches of extra droop on SAS. Add lift and 37s it may just push you to a manual disconnect anyway if possible. I'm open to other opinions.

Also, I would not be surprised if the Bronco Raptor doesn't have a SBD like the Jeep Wrangler Mojave.

Overrated how? It does what its designed to do, and gives you extra articulation in situation where you need it. Add a lift and you add longer swaybar links. Nothing is going to "push you" to go manual...hell, you couldn't convince me to manually disconnect sway bars if I had the option

Great info and thanks for posting this. This suspension overview keeps the Bronco engagement going while we still wait for the Oct ‘reorder’.

Love it! I love this kind of technical deep-dive and this guy is knowledgeable.

I hope he does a lot more content on Broncos, I could listen to him all day!

I really enjoyed that. Thank you very much for posting it. The brake size and tire size, 33" inch for a 2 door. Were very interesting to me. My humble 2 cents. 👍 I need to rethink my order now. Thanks..😂

1) how much should a 35" tire and wheel weigh? (Good info for upgrading).

2)has anyone posted RTI scores yet?
