What all does the Sasquatch package change?
It has a lift, it has bigger tires, it has stronger suspension components, different A arms, better shocks. A bigger stronger front differential. And lockers front and rear. Better skid plates.

Are the brakes different too? Bigger calipers or discs?
Is the steering linkage upgraded? Stronger tie rods?
Are the CV joints stronger? The bigger front differential would require the half shafts to be at least somewhat different. Bigger wheel bearings?

What else is different?

Great question. I was wondering this too and especially interested to know if the brakes are upgraded given the larger tires.

Brakes - NO. The same. Sasquatch will take a loooooong time to stop on the road.

Wrong. I had a 95 Ford F150 Flare Side that had tires that were 3 times bigger than stock and a 2" lift kit. It was my daily driver for 18 years and I never had any issues stopping. Even the times I had to mash the brakes it never took a loooooong time to stop.

I run 37's on almost everything, they all stop amazing, and these are non-hydroboost braking systems. The new bronco has hydroboost and you wont even be able to tell a difference.

as long as you have enough power to lock up the brakes, it will brake just fine. And if my 82 can lock up 39x15.5s, I promise you a new truck can stop 35s without hesitation. In fact, it might actually be able to stop quicker due to a larger contact patch.

You get the Advanced transfer case, and that sweet M210 front axle.

Ford knew from day one that 37"s would be replacing a lot of 35"s and smaller.

The Sasquatch package doesn’t add different a-arms or stronger suspension components.

Bilstein shocks, front & rear diff, thicker axles, 4.7 final drive, forged bead lock capable wheels, 35” tires, and (**I think**) the advanced transfer case that has 4 auto.

I wonder if the driveshafts are the same?

Same, my 93 Flareside with 33x12.5s stops pretty quickly if I need it too.

Here we go again...no, it won't.
Come on now, don’t steal his thunder. He always likes to come out and say how big tires are a safety issue. Now he is going to pull out a chart, pic, and article to show its true.

This is all I know for sure at the moment. It would be nice to see the details.

Ok, what do you think will be the result of the following braking test?

60-0 mph
Stock Big Bend (32" tires & aluminum rims no options) vs same Big Bend w/Sasquatch (35" tires w/beadlock capable rims, heavier differentials, etc).

A) Stock Big Bend will come to rest in a substantially shorter distance than Squatched Big Bend

B) Sasquatch Big Bend will come to rest in shorter distance than stock Big Bend

C) Both vehicles will come to rest in about the same distance

Answer?
