It sounds like your dealership is peddling false hope to keep their dealership afloat with deposit money. There were ~150 orders ahead of you, and only 47 available. You can switch to soft top and push to the front of the line due to the hard top shortage, although your dealer may resist so they can hold your sweet $2K deposit and get dealer stock instead.

Webasto still has the contract for the MIC tops. They lost the contract for the modular hard tops that will be available starting in 2023. As of now, they will continue to produce MIC tops.

It won't be anywhere near 27k. Closer to 15k over those 5 weeks @ 60% Broncos, 40% Rangers coming off the line. Considering tops will remain the major constraint and Ford was telling dealers to get their stock builds set, I'm guessing even less than 15k customer builds.

I think you're spot on. My math came up with 16,500 over five weeks, but minus the non-customer builds that will most likely be built it'll be 15k on the high end.

Our scheduling notes show there is no scheduling this week. Still waiting for an update from our scheduler.

Only Ford can change it to Priority 1.
10 is the lowest a dealer can place on it.
