This has been a long project for us, and we've been keeping it pretty quiet, but it's finally time to let the cat out of the bag. We don't like announcing new products if we don't actually have them so we waited until we had parts on the shelf, ready to ship to you, because we hate manufacturers who don't deliver just as much as you do.

Getting your wheel rings powdercoated adds some flash, but it doesn't add any protection, but does add even more pain when you inevitably scratch them up on the trail. I got sick of getting my rings refinished and grinding the bolt heads off on rocks and figured there had to be a better solution, 6 months of R&D and testing later and here we are. Scratchuatch rings come in a variety of colors to match your style, and we plan to add more colors as we go, so let us know what you wanna see. They are significantly thicker than the stock rings, allowing us to recess the bolt heads, and putting a bit more distance between your wheel and the rock. The 3 dimensional shape adds a rugged look, while also protecting the spokes of the wheel, and since they are solid molded in color those trail oopsies don't show as easily.

The biggest benefit though is the segmented design. Not only does this allow you to have fun mixing colors and creating a unique look, but it also means when you bash your ring against a rock and want to make it good as new, you only have to replace the damaged segment, not the entire ring. One of the big driving factors in designing these was that I was sick of the expense of keeping my wheels looking good, so low cost was high on the design criteria checklist, and I think you'll agree that we were successful there.

The last thing that we were really proud to be able to do is a pretty huge one. Pretty much everyone knows that when it comes to plastic products, 99% of the time it's coming from China. Well we're an American company, and we've always built all of our products right here in Southern California, and I'm extremely proud to say that we were able to continue that tradition here. It might have been cheaper for us to outsource the manufacturing to Asia somewhere, but instead we searched for and found a molding partner right nearby, so you can feel good that your dollars are going to support businesses in your own country and community.

Looks great, I'm very surprised! lol

So these will actually fit on any bead lock rim? Also, is there a link to order now? And do they fit over the ring, or do you remove the ring?

These are specifically for the factory "beadlock capable" wheels that come with the sasquatch package. They replace the factory beauty ring. They are not a beadlock ring. They are available to order now at www.stinkyfab.com or www.scratchuatch.com

Not sure what "real orange" you're looking for. We had these color matched to the Cyber orange / Badlands interior orange trim pieces as that was one of the most popular colors asked for when we did a poll months ago. If enough people want another specific color and let me know it will be easy to add to the next production run though.

And before someone says something, Cyber orange and "badlands orange" are the same color. Obviously the paint has a pearl metallic clearcoat on it that shimmers, but the base color is the same.

I just want REGULAR orange, like the fruit, even though I do have a Badlands, but I don't want YELLOW (CYBER ORANGE/ACTIVE ORANGE, ETC.)!

Hows the access to air down/up? Stock rings already limit use of bulky chucks as is.

It's about the same as stock. We actually went through several design iterations that were scrapped specifically because of that issue.
