I know people already reported the rattling tailgate, and I've just thought I'll wait till a serious or more pressing issue comes up... Then today I got out of my car and noticed this (this picture was taken after I already "fixed" what was much worse.

In the words of Roy D. Mercer:
“How big‘a boy are ya’?”
big boy, but it shouldnt be an issue if they did any quality control. (which we know they most definitely have not done)

Are you sliding out of the Bronco?

Should hold up way better than this but I just want to be careful with mine when it shows up.

Looks like your rolling over the bolster. Also looks like you can easily tuck the flap back behind the seat frame.

Sasquatch?

I’m 6’1” and getting in and out of a Sasquatch w/o running boards I’m concerned about where in tear on that side of the seat cover upholstery and the seat from underneath.

it may be an optical illusion. But in your picture it looks like the seat foam is already flattened down / collapsing on the outboard side. That’s often an indication of a bigger person sliding in and out. Crushing the foam.

the next thing to fail will be the plastic bezel on the side.

Amen on the lack of Quality Control! Look what they missed on my Bronco, a bad paint job! How can they miss that under the bright lights, right!
