First time having cloth seats in years. Looking for suggestions for seat covers. I see a number of Sport custom covers, but nothing for the big Bronco. Are the seats similar?

My advice: Enjoy your nice upholstery. Why cover it up while you own it just so the next guy can strip off the covers and enjoy factory fresh upholstery ?

I have used a bath towel for over 30 years and it protected all my seats from cloth to leather . I never put it on the back rest only on the seats.

When they wear out, you could put in better wheeling seats. That's my plan. I'll also probably sell my rear seats (2 door) brand new or damn near new because I don't really want them. I'm doing a custom rear compartment mod.

Thanks all. It's not the wearing out issue but looking for washable covers for our sweaty bodies riding around in the SC sun!

Would second Wet Okole, had them in 4 cars and trucks now, they fit great, I find them comfortable, they add a bit of padding to the seats, and they are waterproof. In addition, they have held up pretty well to my 85 lb dog jumping in and out, walking around, etc, in the back seat. They are not particularly cheap, but I think they are comparable to the other custom fit options in price, and the quality is defitinely there.

Bartact seat covers are a good choice also.

I wouldn’t recommend Bartact. I returned the set I bought for my 6g. There were several quality issues, the worst being that the set included covers for the rear headrests but no openings in the seatcover for the headrest supports to fit through. They allowed me to return them but only refunded 85% of the purchase price. That’s some B.S. considering their product was defective/ not as advertised.

awesome but pricey and not something I wanted to subject to rain and mud. The PRPs turned out great and much less than the leather...about $1000 front and back and I was able to install them myself. They have a great youtube installation video.

Bartacts are #1 on my list personally. What quality issues did you have?

As for the holes, they actually state that they don't put holes on purpose and that you are supposed to make slits (I believe an X) for your headrests.
