Great job!.. I have the same Bronco BL 2DR with a manual. I'm considering doing the same. Are the new wheels wider and taller than stock? Speedo needed to be recalibrated at a shop?

Looks a treat!

Starting with 2-door, manual transmission, Badlands is a superb place to start. The factory Sasquatch option ($4,00!) only gets you an objectively worse transmission, wheels/tires and a 0.5" lift.

This is a vastly better option, especially given how poor the factory squatch tires are.

Have you used the sway bar disco, then tested max articulation to ensure there's no rubbing at full compression and full lock? (genuine question!)
Not yet, buy plan on making a video on just that soon on my YouTube channel.

Love it! Gorgeous! which tow rings did you use? Did you have them painted or do they come in that color?

Well... I work for a dealer, so I get good pricing on parts and labor. But if I was just a regular customer... Just about 5k Canadian. So like 3 dollars US... lol.

But, I also still have the Rims and 33" tires that I could sell. I may keep them for my 21 Ranger
Good info! $5K CAD is close to $4K USD which is very close to the cost to squatch a Badlands. Plus, you have an extra set of wheel/tires to keep as an alternative set or to sell. I wouldn't think there would be any rubbing since you put on 35s although I'm guessing they are slightly larger than the squatch 35s. This may convince me to drop squatch from my BL build.

Pros with self squatch
- Get to choose your wheels and tires
- Cost can be equal to or less than squatch

Cons
- Not from the factory. Have to do a lift.
- Possible warranty issues?

They are just plain old Rugged Ridge shackles that I painted. Had a local automotive store color match me the orange from the badlands logo as close they could. And painted the pins gloss black.
spraypaint?

Looks beautiful!

I will add that if you plan on having cargo or rear passengers, you may want to level that rear. Remember factory they have more wheel travel in back.

Otherwise its a good all around rig.
