Part of me doesn't want to continue this argument, because it's like talking to a wall. But I have to say one thing...@Boston182 you have been on the forum and contributed great information many times, so welcome to the fanboys club. But seriously, as a car buyer, I look at every vehicle I buy as a tool, I want to learn what features and functions that tool has, that what us engineers do, it has nothing to do with being a fanboy.
Your not, I'm just pointing out the fact you called the rest of us "arrogance, ignorance, and uneducated"
We welcome new dealers with additional knowledge about the Bronco. There are a number of other dealers on the forum who have earned the members respect for the information they have provided. Unfortunately @Gloff joined the forum right when Ford blew the place up with their change of policy on reservations. When we asked questions we heard, I don't know, I can't say or the typical spin answer you expect from a salesperson, this does not inspire our confidence that he is "more in-tune with communication than we are".
If you don't think berating a helping hand doesn't make you arrogant, ignorant, and uneducated, then I'd tell you to take a long look at yourself. You can chalk it up to timing or whatever you want. But this guy doesn't have all the answers and came to clarify what was within his knowledge/power. He isn't the asshole. The ones that attacked him are. And you can decide which side you want to be on. Seems like you chose the asshole side by siding/quoting sjp.
I'd pity you if you mattered to this local-dealer conversation.
