So I had to park outside of the garage last night. It snowed all night.

In addition to the GOAT modes not being available this morning I'm getting the following messages when I start it:

Service AdvanceTrac
Hill Start Assist Not Available
Pre-Collision Assist Not Available

Before I start it I get Park Brake Fault Service Now

I've tried the following trouble shooting after reading through some threads here.

Disconnected the negative battery terminal for 20 minutes.
Tightened the battery terminals.
Tightened ground connections. (Several probably not all)
Checked fuses to makes sure they were fully inserted.
Tightened the fuse block bolts.
I'm wondering if a sensor froze or got moisture in it our
something.

Quite the irritant to have all of this disabled

Addition: Shifts into 4WD with no issues.

Any other suggestions?

If you set the parking brake it may have frozen. I dont set the brake when avoidable in the winter because of that

So I got it into the garage and thawed it out.

Errors gone.

Seems like it's a little finicky if it can't get 3" of snow on it without losing all the functions that assist you driving in the snow.

I will say I had zero trouble without all the bells and whistles but it'd be nice to have ABS at least.

Update, everything worked fine this morning. Made a 70 mile or so round trip in the snow. When I started it back up after the trip all the errors are back. I expect they'll go away again when the snow/ice melts but there's definitely a problem.

I'd take it to the dealer. Sounds like maybe a module is flaking out.

Finally got into the service department for this. They diagnosed this as a dirty and poor pin fit at connector C405. They said it looks like it was not fully seated. Since the weather had warmed up and I wasn't experiencing the errors when I dropped it off I suppose we'll see when it gets cold and icy again if this was the true source of the problem.

Anyone here know where that connector is and what it's for? The guy at the counter didn't know and I didn't want to wait around to track it down but I'm curious.

Saw a similar thread (I think) where there was a wiring loom rubbing against the driveshaft.
Too lazy to search for it though... but you may want to look at wiring near driveshafts.

Sounds like a similar issue I had a week or so ago. I had pulled over, turned off my truck, and then started it back up 10 minutes or so later - Similar errors popped up. It went away and hasn't come back since *knock on wood*

It was also cold and snowy here, so may be a correlation. I had an appointment booked tomorrow to bring it in, but canceled it. If it pops up again I'll bring it in.

Interesting. I parked mine outside in Tahoe every day for like 10 days, and is set records for snow. No problems. I did remote start and warm it up and drive it every day. I'll keep my eyes open, but I'm back in LA now.

The SSM that flip mentioned in the above thread only accounts for Bronco's built prior to @604Bronco, so at least one of these instances is different.

Now they say they’ve tracked it to a bad wheel speed sensor. Wheel speed sensors are back ordered. Anyone know where I can get my hands on one?
