We ended up installing the 4wp leveling kit on our 17x9 +30 RTR wheels with 315/70r17 KO2s. (34.4x12.4)

This is the best set up I’ve seen for the Outer Banks with CG. Perfect stance with great wheels. 👍🏻

My dealer had the stock OB rims on the mannequin they received sent out and painted black to match the grill. Looks bad ass.

Thank you, I have an opportunity to buy 5 wheels and tires for $700 for my base and this pic sealed the deal

I didn’t realize at first that they had just painted the stock wheels. Suddenly it dawned on me that that was what I was looking at.

I’ve been mulling around that when my eruption green badlands comes in having the grill and the wheels painted bronze with a matching strip package.

That would look awesome

This was exactly what I was thinking about doing with my 18" OBX wheels, and this picture seals the deal on that for me too. These wheels look SO MUCH better all blacked out!!!

My OBX bronco builds week of July 19th and I ordered 275/70/18 Cooper ATP II's. 33.46". The ATP II's are a bit taller vs other brand/model 275/70/18. I was worried the 285's may rub and also the 285's are much more expensive vs the 275's. For what I'm using the vehicle for I think these will work out.

I plan on vinyl wrapping the silver portions of the OEM wheel for a blacked out look. Basically a poor man's mini sasq.
Can you share more info and pics on how you are going to wrap the silver?

Do it. Well worth it - great traction and look awesome.
Do you have any pictures (other than your avatar)? I'd like to do something similar with my OBX.

I came very close to ordering Rtr wheels. Even found a black set on Facebook for $600 struggled with decision. Looks great
