Warning: Sharp Edges on MIC 2.0 (will cut hands)

I took delivery of my Bronco Badlands on 10/27. I absolutely love it so far. The only issue I've had so far has been appearance/quality issues with the top. The main issue I have is whenever I take the panels off the edges seem to leave cuts all over my hands. They are sharp! Has any one else had these issues?

Same on mine . Got a small cut first time pulling front section off. Got a piece of 220 sandpaper and 5 minutes work solved it for the front sections. The edges look like they are machine cut to shape so it doesn't have the rounded edges you would expect.

I cut myself taking a panel off my 2.0. I need to find time to hit it with some sandpaper.

I cut my hand pretty bad first time removing the MIC top. I probably could have actually used a few stitches. Now use gloves whenever removing it.

I feel ya there. I had one of the craziest weekends in my life this last weekend with my Bronco.. Absolutely unreal. You poor sods are gonna dig this thing when you get it.

Funny you mention it, I cut my right index finger just today on a panel edge. Didn’t cut deep, sort of long and peeled off a top layer of skin.

While cleaning mine this morning I managed to get a nice boo-boo cut on the interior back window. This whole edge is razor sharp. This is along the bottom of the back glass.
Sanding today before my daughter rides back there.

Once again, safety concern becoming a liability.

Report this to corporate & your dealer please. Specifically call out that you were “injured” while interacting with the vehicle. Maybe that will get their attention.
