I would not sell the 1974. It’s not going down in value so it’s probably worth keeping.

I'd do my best to keep it, but sometimes life has other plans

You also have a 2021 Fourdor. *rimshot*

I still say keep it, make the (grand)kids drool over it and let them fight it out when you shuffle off into the sunset.
Unfortunately the way things are going my grandkids 8 5 4 &4 will probably be more interested in an electric car!

I had to sell my '73 earlier this year. It was heartbreaking, but my health made me do it. If I were still able to drive it I would have never sold it.

Nope, the 74' appreciates every day and the 21' depreciates every day.

I love vintage shit. But compared to this new ride, it is shit. Chew on it for a couple months and see how much you drive the 74. If you find that you never drive it any more (which is what I'm finding), then make a decision about storage or sell.

For the people talking about how the value of the 74 appreciates, I don't know if they are all accounting for all the work, money and aggravation that it takes to keep something like that in sellable condition.

On the other hand, if you find that after a few months, you still take the 74 out for a ride once in a while, then there's your answer.
