Interesting. Are you switching to step rails? I swapped the rock sliders for step rails with a fellow bronco6g member and the pinch welds became much more exposed. I bolted on a flat bar and it looks better but stealing your idea, I may paint the flat bar with the bed liner.
I may go with step rails that can function as good rock sliders in the future, but Iā€™m waiting for that market to mature a bit. I Prefer the boat side slider look, frame mounted. nothing out yet that Iā€™ve seen that meets that criteria

Looks great. Would love some more shots at different angles when you get a chance. Toyo AT3s in 35x11.5x17 are tops on my list.

And are those Go Rhino D6s?? Also tops on my list.

Thanks! Iā€™m really liking it. Now gotta figure out the beauty rings, gloss black or match the gray in the vinyl or body color
Same! (or maybe bright blue like some of the interior trim pieces)

Just got my Black Diamond Sas last week. I got an Outer Banks I bought to tide me over while I was waiting for my order.
Ended up adding RTR wheels and Nitto Ridge Grapplers and pulled a little Frankenstein and swapped headlights with the OBX so now I have signature from lights on the Black Diamond. It was ridiculous that wasnā€™t an available option on the 2021 Black Diamond.

Cooper Discover AT3 4S. P285/70R17. Fit fine with no issues in drive ability. Did need to trim the rubber bumpers for the spare but thatā€™s it. These tires are fantastic on the road vs the factory Grabbers. I had vibrations and noise in the cabin that I could never get rid of. Just awful harmonic vibrations. Change to the AT3 and all gone. I like to drive the Bronco again. I got to the point where I didnā€™t want to drive it and it was all from tires I guess. Maybe bad set or something. I thought it was in the drivetrain it was so bad.
Oh that brings up a question then: Iā€™m gonna go up to 285/70/17s, was gonna do full set of 5 for the spare too, are you saying Iā€™ll have to trim something to fit the spare ?

(and maybe you DONT recommend the grabbers in the 285 size?)

The 285/70R17 tires fit fine on the vehicle. I haven't had any rubbing of any kind with the Cooper tires. I also haven't tried any major articulation or taken it off road. I did have to trim the two rubber stops that are used to support the spare tire on the back swing door. We couldn't tighten the lugnuts securing the spare tire in place without trimming the rubber stops. I used a razor blade and took around 3/8" off the backside of the rubber stop. In this area here:

As for the General tires, what I'll say is that there was a notable buzz or harmonic type vibration in my Bronco. Especially at particular speeds (45-50 MPH AND 65-72 MPH). If I went 75, it would mostly go away. Right at speeds that are normal everyday speeds. I had the General tires rebalanced and rotated twice in 2000 miles. It was bad enough that I thought it was in the drivetrain since I balanced the tires twice. I finally decided to change the tires to some larger slightly less aggressive tires before going to the dealer to get the drivetrain looked at. Never had to go to the dealer. All of that loudness and vibration went away with the new tires. It was a major annoyance. So much so that I didn't want to drive it. Glad I spent the money on the new tires. Smooth as butter now. Maybe I had a bad set or something. IDK. But I don't want that tire on my Bronco anymore.

We got lucky as our shop was just looking for a Cactus Gray, ...didn't really care what model, as we just put in a reservation for a Badlands as we wanted it (still waiting). We found a 4dr, CG, 2.3 manual in San Antonio. We paid a premium for it, but hopefully will make it back when we get the Badlands, ...if we keep it. I'm really loving this and am now having second thoughts on going to Badlands for the locker and SB disconnect. But there were other things too, like heated seats, 12" screen, ....anyway, here's ours with 2" lift, 35's and SAS flares.
