It would still look dope with 33s on those white steelies. I'm def getting my BD steelies powdercoated white now lolFor reference the suggested minimum rim width for these tires is 8.5inches and the BD steelies are 7.5inches.
Huh, I've never had a problem and ran outside the official "max width" tires on wheels when I was involved in accidents. In fact never had an insurance company ask or look at tire size. Including a few totaled vehicles, one running 31x10.50s on a 7" wheel. The owner of this rig is looking at issues! When you fit a tire that exceeds the %3 allowed in change on the same wheel you are looking at some legal issues if god forbid you are in an accident:
1. If a shop put these on, they are liable and they usually refuse to install them
2. If you put them on, EXPECT you insurance company to say you were operating an unsafe vehicle.
Haha, a few totaled vehicles??!! you're a pro then!Huh, I've never had a problem and ran outside the official "max width" tires on wheels when I was involved in accidents. Only one I was driving and the other person turned left in front of me on a green. but sure.Haha, a few totaled vehicles??!! you're a pro then!
That would be quite low down on my list of worries. Leastways all my 4x4s the past decades had tires over the 3% range you mentioned, as have many other people I know, without issue getting them installed or legal problems. The owner of this rig is looking at issues! we all know there are tons of people who dont go by the %3 rule ..... that does not reduce the fact that its dangerous and a good insurance claim adjuster will have a ball with it.That would be quite low down on my list of worries.
