can somebody explain to me in how they base fit the 35’s? Is there rubbing? Can they off-road/how is articulation? Crash bar delete? I love the look and if I get some explanation I plan on doing this to my base.

Just got Toyo ATIII 285 70 17's installed today!

Just did this exact setup, right down to the CG, 4dr soft top, but with a 1” level. Supposed to get it in on 27 Aug for the tires and 2 weeks later on the level. The Bronco was an abandoned order I fell into.

I'm putting a 2 inch level on tomorrow. I'll post pics.

I will be very interested in how the 2” lift will look with the 33’s. I priced it out but ended up playing it safe and opting for the 1” level. I would greatly appreciate seeing how that turns out.

@88to21bronco, has your 2” level with the 33’s been completed? Hoping to see some pics before I stick with the 1” level and add the Toyo 33’s. Hoping to avoid the rig lookin like it’s sagging or too much wheel well in the front with 285x70x17s.

I actually had the opportunity to throw on some used 35's to test the ride and look. Excuse the beadlock scrapes...I'm getting the rings powdercoated next week.

With lift and tires, it went from 37 front/38 rear to I believe 41" all around if memory serves.

What are they?
Goodyear Fierce MT's. 35/12.50/17s. Not necessarily what I would have chosen to buy new, but got a great deal on them from a friend. Figured I could run them until Spring and see what I wanted to do.

The wheels are older style Fuels. Not sure about the offset...maybe 0? No rubbing and good clearance all around. Going to try them offroad when I get a free Saturday.

Your rig looks great!

Looks like the Fuel Trophy which in the 6-139.7 bolt pattern comes in 17x8.5 with either -6mm offset or +6mm offset. My guess is you have the +6 but if you ever want to confirm, the offset would be stamped on the backside of the wheel next to the letters "ET".

Hey thanks! I will assume you know what you're talking about lol. I looked on the inside, but didn't know where to look. I may remove the spare and see.

+6 makes me feel a bit better about things. Some had discouraged 0 offset. But as a practicing cheapskate, it's hard to pass on great deals that fall in your lap.

Are there any Cactus Gray rigs with bronze wheels? I wonder how they look

They look great on other colors but have not seen one in Cactus Grey...

Did anyone post what these rims were?!? I went through 6 pages and searched all over Fuels website. I think they’re fuel? I didn’t see them, I really like those!!

Being a long way off from getting my Bronco I've had way to much time to think obout wheels/tires for my OBX. There's just too many choices these days. I do have one question for the guru's here. One of my thoughts is just grabbing a set of Badlands take offs, and be done. This leaves me the question, will they fit an OBX without a lift. Any thoughts, and suggestions are welcomed. TIA
