I bet you're a blast at parties.I must be missing something, it’s hardly surprising a BOF truck based SUV is bigger and more imposing than a little mommy car, these are not competing products.

I’m just pointing out the obvious, a unibody vehicle is not an off-road vehicle. What difference does it make how the Bronco, an off-road SUV, compares to a tall car based vehicle.I bet you're a blast at parties.
I get what you're saying , but the Grand Cherokee is no slouch. It just requires more from the aftermarket to nudge it over to the line.I’m just pointing out the obvious, a unibody vehicle is not an off-road vehicle. I am pretty sure you meant to say calipers not pads.My boyfriend has a JC Trailhawk. Good to know how much more my BB SAS be over it. One thing I love about his TH though thing has skids in all the right places. We also just painted his wheels and brake pads. Can’t wait to do the same to my pads and beauty rings.
I get what you're saying. But I have yet to see the Bronco side-by-side next to any real-world vehicle. For goodness' sake, park it next to a Miata for all I care and post the pics. I totally meant calipers.I am pretty sure you meant to say calipers not pads.
If not, I want to see the painted pads and am curious how much that affects stopping.
Not to hijack the thread but does anyone have a good plan for what it will take to paint the beauty rings? On the car, off the car, normal clean up first or..., poly or enamel? Thanks. We also just painted his wheels and brake pads. Can’t wait to do the same to my pads and beauty rings.
I’m going to use what we used. So figured this be a good experiment. Ill get the exact brand to post tonight when I get off work. Here is the results on his. Red calipers and bronze wheel. I’ll be using the same bronze. I’ve not decided caliper color yet.Not to hijack the thread but does anyone have a good plan for what it will take to paint the beauty rings? I hope you're painting the brake calipers instead of the brake pads
Yes! This morning I was in a hurry and my brain hadn’t turned on yet.I hope you're painting the brake calipers instead of the brake pads
So this is what we got. We couldn’t get into the powder coated yet so decided the plasti-dip in brass monkey and then the caliper paint in red.Not to hijack the thread but does anyone have a good plan for what it will take to paint the beauty rings?
