I am reserved there as well. They assured me that reservation holders are msrp, other broncos are subject to market value. Hope they are honest as well
I'd try to go down and get something in writing. They currently have 4 or 5 on the lot to look at.

I just got a pre-order from my dealer Balise Ford in Hyannis MA. He asked me to sign and return. I wrote back and asked if there will be any more charges over MSRP? He replied No. Just MSRP. Iā€™m hoping that will be enough to keep the price at MSRP. At least itā€™s something in writing.

Latest update-

I was told there will be no update today, but should have something tomorrow from Ford.
Hopefully Ford gets through to them.

Is the vehicle still at the dealership or long gone?

no clue to be honest with you. But if it is sold, I think that would make Ford even more pissed at them.

So if this happens to anyone else (including me), I think the first thing one should do is to send a link to this now 31 page thread containing all these links and screenshots, to the salesperson, sales manager, and maybe even the owner. Then explain your an active member here. I bet they will quickly change there mind on ADM  ....

If not, God help us all !

My dealer - also scumbags - well which ones arenā€™t - repeatedly stated my TWO BRONCO ORDERS will be sold to me at MSRP. Donā€™t you have e a copy of your window sticker? Also FORD set me at least three emails stating my orders would be GUARANTEED to remain at MSRP and my dealer ( sounds like drug dealer ) agreed. HOWEVER there are groups of purchasers that - if were not in the pre-order status may not be subject to this FORD MC price freeze guarantee. Now / for the first time my ā€œdealerā€ informed me that while one of my orders is in transit / they are requiring I take delivery no later than three days upon arrival at the dealership or I forfeit my order! Wow! Is this FORD policy - I highly doubt it. Call FORD CUSTOMER CARE and talk to their ā€œBRONCO SPECIALISTSā€. Of course the ā€œdealersā€ want to shake us down. They tactic is to get to surrender these orders do they can mark up $25,000 in some cases.

My Bronco is set to arrive this week and my dealer has agreed to sell it to me for the MSRP (we do have a very large Ford fleet with this dealership and are treated very well). They additionally stated that they are only honoring MSRP to the first 15 reservation holders, of which I am #1. The #2 reservation holder had his delivered last Friday. He went in to sign the paperwork and the dealership actually offered him $15K to walk away. He took their money and they put it out on the lot the next day marked up $25K. One of the Bronco team salesmen called a buddy of mine that has a reservation (which he hasnt been given a build date yet) and let him know they have his identical Bronco in stock if he was interested. He raced down only to find out about the $25K ADM. Since the Bronco is nearly identical to mine that is being delivered this week (OBX, White, 2.7L, SAS, LUX, Hardtop) except this one was a soft top, I headed down there Sunday morning to take a look. IT WAS ALREADY GONE. Sold the night before for full asking. Out the door with tax, license, etc. $92,000. It's crazy out there folks. So sorry to hear about what you are going through Scott. I wish they could all just do the honorable thing.

WTF! Total BS. I plan to jump on that link. That is CRIMINAL. You have a contract, call Ford at least file a complaint. Sorry Man.
Absolutely greedy MoFo. Call better business bureau and yelp the whole thing. They are not going to like that. Social media free advertisement will hurt business. Most dealerships have a reputation to keep. They sure in the hell dont want to look bad.

I've confirmed via email with the sales manager at George Wall Ford in Shrewsbury and they will not be applying any ADM to their Bronco reservation holders and will indeed be honoring MSRP (I was nervous as my Bronco is being built this week so I'll take delivery in November). He also said they are getting an influx of customers coming to order thru them instead of DCH Ford of Eatontown now due to DCH's scumbag antics.

Aside, if they have a customer back out or not qualify for financing they'd apply an ADM, but in my opinion that's okay because it's no longer a reservation holders.

I, like many of you, went and blasted a 1 star review onto the Google reviews of DCH Ford of Eatontown - keep them coming and let's crush their souls!!! When you act like a dirtbag and bring on bad karma you deserve all the negativity that'll come with it šŸ‘Š
Appreciate the confirmation. Iā€™m a 7/13 reservation holder at George Wall.

Unfortunately it is not criminal we live in a Country were money talks, the truck belongs to them they will sell it to the highest bidder in the Pirate World of Car sales - that's how it works.

Answer me this: if you had a car listed on Auto trader and three people showed up in your driveway wanting to buy it one for $10K, one for $20K and one for $30K who would you sell it to ...? Please don't lie - we all know the answer to that question...

Unless you have a signed contract from the dealer both signatures (and even that probably doesn't matter) and or a reputable dealer who cares about their reputation and customers (there isn't one on the face of the Earth) then you are screwed my friend

Principle is the reason you donā€™t take it!!!!
Listen, when principle pays the bills, I'll start taking it to the bank. ALL is fair in love and war, and car buying is your own personal Vietnam. I'm out of idioms already or I would keep going.

I get it - still going through with the transaction is rewarding bad behavior.. But it keeps the dealership from making another 20k+ on top of it, so I say go through with it. Swallow the pride down, take delivery and roll around in the $15-20K profit all sprawled out on your bed to make you feel better, Scrooge McDuck style.
