So who'll be the first to break out the sawzall and void their warranties?

You do know the roll cage is made of boron steel, you aren't cutting that thing with a standard sawzall. You're going to need to spend a few grand and get the commercial grade with commercial blades just for boron, or at least do it properly with an acetylene torch or plasma cutter.

I guess since you're saying SEMA, then no cost is spared. But the average DIY is going to turn this job into a meat-hook abortion pretty damn quick.
An abrasive wheel or plasma will make quick clean work of that boron. Those are both tools in easy access oh the home gamer. It is not the end of the world.

Well, if you're busting out the saw, might as well add a touch more wheelbase. Quick and dirty stretch by ~12"

YES! This would be so perfect. They could move the back of the cage where the crossbar is up near the B pillar similar to a Gladiator C pillar and have a halfcab and removable bulkhead In addition to a full top. Have a little pickup when you want it and a slightly longer two door with the back seats removed for trips. Give it the ability to put the back seats back in, just in case you have to pick up your brothers kids from school or get into a short term relationship with a single mom. They already have a patent for a removable cage so they can make that a thing and add a little bar where the removable bulkhead would go to mount the seats the way they should have done them in the first place, which of course would be 50/50 like they are but also fold and tumble and completely removable like a 2 Door Wrangler. It would be the perfect vehicle for a spinster uncle. Complete flexibility in one vehicle. But of course they would never do that. What the stupid assholes don’t realize is that spinster uncles can buy new vehicles whenever they want so they would actually sell some.
