might be pushing the limits of oem rack?

If you put a case of American beer up there, it’s likely no different than having some rain on the roof… You know, since it’s basically water… :ROFLMAO:

Just curious to know why the 110LBs dynamic limit is there...
Critical Stress on the rails during panic stops/manoeuvres or vehicle dynamics/handling during the same kinda vehicle manoeuvres
While I think people underestimate the impact of roof weight on vehicle handling, I've got to believe a dynamic weight rating that low is specifically related to the rails and/or roof.

I dunno... Static limit is 400? 450Lbs?

I don't know the answer, though I suspect it could be any combination of high center of gravity and rollover risk and roof bracket/roof attachment point stress for MIC roof materials. I am also hoping for a backbone system from Rhino, just to reduce the possibility of damaging the roof over time.

It's about got to be the stress at attachment points on the MIC top.
So... I can load that bitch up, but just don't do any dramatic emergency manoeuvres....? Else something bad will happen. 🤷👍🏻

Just like we don’t get emails from Ford Canada…

Heck, I’m starting to question if we even exist?
Don't worry... You exist! Your country borders my state (Pennsylvania)! Of course Lake Erie is in between and the border is only 42 miles (or 68 km in your units)... But we are proud to be one of 12 states to be your direct neighbor. We even have Tim Hortons! 😁

You'd impress me even more if you can tell me who Tim Horton was (without googling) 👍🏻

I'm a Canadian and I thought Tim Horton was the god of coffee?
