Rock lights are of the reasons I was glad to see integrated auxiliary switches. Not a high priority though, so there will be time to figure out routing.

I'm more curious about the apparent load bearing attachment points in the roof line of the windshield. Did they think to include a pathway for routing electrical wiring here too?

I probably will, but only so I can see the lines when parking at the mall

I bet you're onto something. They might have a myriad of lighting accessories- especially with that switch bank.

Not sure if I'll do rock lights, but hopefully I will be able to add cornering lights with Forscan.. also I'm getting base, so I'll have to add factory fogs as well.

They would be very helpful for me at the mall.

very useful to make sure you don't trip and spill some of your iced-mocha-frappe w/ extra shot on your suede shoes, right?

Who tf wears suede shoes when they're drinking an iced-mocha-frappe w/ extra shot. Everbody knows you pair suede shoes with a triple americano latte with caramel. I'm starting to think you don't even go to the mall, Jimmy.

Dang, ya caught me. At least this year I have an excuse to not do our yearly mall visit. I went to walmart for the first time in 6 months yesterday.

What the raptor guys have done is run the power wire in the gap between the windshield and a pillar and then use a black silicone over the top of it to keep it in place. The aux switches will most likely NOT be connected to power anything at delivery. You will have to connect the wires that pass through the firewall from the engine to the cab to the aux switches. They will likely be in the passenger footwell. Those pass through wires are already connected to power so you’ll then connect the power for the aux lights to one of the pass through wires and then ground the light to the chassis. So most likely, all connections will be under the hood which is why most people would run it down the a-pillar.

Unless ford comes up with something fancy. But I doubt they’ll have holes drilled in the a pillar for hiding wiring. Not sure how that would work for structural rigidity in a rollover.
