Yeah, so I sold my Bronco and am probably going to get back in line. Looks like Ford has almost totally cleared out dirt mountain. Is the wait time still ridiculous?

all I can say about the wait is a bunch of us are still waiting…

if you order a 2.3L softtop, you might get built next week.

if you want a 2.7 or hard top... you might be looking at a year or so. more restrictive on the hard top, 2.7 might just be a matter of months, I havent seen a solid source on how restrictive the engine is.

I ordered a 2.7 soft top sasquatch and got a build date of 1-17

Good call OP. Took the opportunity at your advantage.

My rule of thumb is 20k each year of waiting. I haven't got mine yet. But if I get it this year and someone would pay me 40k over MSRP then its sold lol

I would probably not get back into the Bronco line and will look for an upgrade such as those fancy electric trucks/SUVs for the extra cash.

Ordinary income, didn't have long enough for cap gains. So Fed rate PLUS his state.

I'm still chuckling that he thinks Dirt Mtn is cleared. HAHAHAHHAHA. Out of the 500 rigs we're tracking, 50 have not been shipped. That represents about 10% give or take of all of them there....so figure 400-500 have not been released yet. Which is about 10% of what got hauled out there...
No state income taxes in Texas.

When did you order it? I just ordered a replacement for the one my dealer priced me out of.

Just order what you had before and you'll probably get it before mine. Just pick the right dealership with few filled orders. Day 2 reservation (500+ days waiting) and you'll get yours before I get mine.

Oh and the 90s Broncos are not EBs, or at least what most folks refer to as Early Broncos. That is typically reserved for the actual early Broncos 1977 and earlier.
60s/70s EB = early bronco

90's EB = Eddie bauer trim.

At least that's how my mind interpreted it as a fullsize bronco owner. I would imagine most people familiar with the complete bronco history would know the difference?

Never owned a full size so I just don't think of it like that. Early Bronco owner here so EB = early bronco for me. Whatever works. It is what I've known since...1975.

That makes sense, even in the FSB community it generally refers to early broncos; you really have to know your bronco years and trims to decipher a 90s eb.
