What are your guys thoughts on a solid front axle swap? Will this be possible with the chassis layout?

Possible? Sure. Feasible? Likely not. Better plan on burning through plenty of cash.
Someone will do it I'm sure.

Anything is possible with enough $$$$. Will it be practical to accomplish another question and without vehicles in people's hands it's too early to tell.... Unless some drawings get leaked...
it should be fairly feasible. just use the troller axle. well, wait a year or two until it is on the exact same frame.

realistically, SAS are easy as crap. it is getting around the software that is a PITA if you want to do things like keep anti lock brakes.

Anything is possible with enough time and money but the electric rack and pinion steering will make a SAS more challenging.

The other reason ford went with the IFS is for lane departure and automatic braking. Mechanically you could probably do a solid axel, but you would abandon some of the technology.

Might make full hydraulic steering essential from the get go!

Depends on frame and engine clearance. You can probably do it but may need 8-10” lift to clear everything
